Tips: We

Step 2: Search Items & Add into Shopping Basket
A. Search Items by Keywords, Item #, Catalogues, Attribute,
etc.
B. Click “BUY” button, it will be added to your shopping basket
C. Click “View Basket” button, you can check the items in the shopping basket
D. In your shopping basket, enter the Item #, click “Add”, you can add it into
your shopping basket
E. In your shopping basket, enter quantity, click “Update”, you can modify quantity
and update remark from your shopping basket
Tips:
a. If you had orders before, and want to make same or similar orders again,
you can click “Load Saved Orders”, the system will load your former ordered
items into your shopping basket, it can help you to make new orders quickly
b. If you want to check price or make orders in other currency, such as “EUR”,
“GBP”, etc, you can choose currency first, which located in front of the button
“Search”
c. If you have balance in your SUNSKY account, you can use it to check out the
order, this way can help you save payment fees and transaction time.
Step 3: Shipping & Payment Methods
A. Choose delivery country, shipping
method
B. Choose Payment method
If you click “check out with paypal directly”, our system will load the delivery
address from your paypal address.
If you do drop shipping, Please click “Check out Now”, then fill in delivery
address of the drop shipping receiver, after you check out the order, you will
get order #
If you want to use other payment method, Please also click “Check out Now”,
then fill in delivery address, choose payment method,
after you check out the order, you will get order #
Tips:
a. After you check out order, our system will send proforma invoice to your
register email immediately, if you don’t get the email, Please check your email
spam folder or contact our customer service team, we will reply you within one
working day.
b. Delivery address, post code & telephone number must be correct, so that
the package can be delivered successfully
c. If your agent or yourself can pick up the goods from our warehouse, or use
your own shipping account to arrange shipping, you can choose “Pick up” as shipping
method
d. Paypal doesn’t allow ship to different country, if you do drop shippping
to different country, you can’t pay successfully via paypal
e. For Sea transport or Air transport orders, we don’t accept paypal payment
f. If you had orders before, and want to ship to same address, you can click
“Load Saved Address”, our system will load the delivery address from your former
orders
Step 4: Complete Order Details
A. Please choose the solution in case the ordered items
in shortage
If some of your ordered items in shortage, you can choose solutions below:
Ship it together with your next order
Replace it by similar item
Remove this item and refund to your account balance
Remove this item and refund to your payment account
Contact you immediately
B. BEFORE SHIPPING, Please make shipment invoice which is
used for customs declaration
You can customize the declaration amount & declaration name in shipment
invoice by yourself in our website, you can choose whether display details,
freight, pay fee.
